DESCRIPTION
1-2178711-6 is a 16-position female-on-board Micro-MaTch connector designed for board-to-board and ribbon-to-board interconnect applications. This connector features a vertical mount angle with surface mount (SMD) PCB mounting style and a 1.27 mm (0.050 in) centerline pitch. The housing is constructed from PA 4.6 GF material in black color with top entry style, while contacts are made from copper alloy with tin over nickel plating in the mating area. The connector is polarized, RoHS and ELV compliant, and capable of reflow soldering at temperatures up to 260°C. It is ideal for printed circuit board applications requiring reliable, compact interconnect solutions.
