DESCRIPTION
The 1-2201855-1 is an Industrial Mini I/O Plug Kit Type II L, a field-installable connector designed for wire-to-board connections in industrial environments. It features an 8-position configuration with a 0.635 mm pitch and supports a current rating of 0.5 AMPS at 60 V rated voltage, with innovative piercing termination technology that eliminates traditional soldering requirements. The connector operates reliably across -40°C to +85°C, accommodates wire sizes up to 24 AWG with a maximum cable diameter of 7.1 mm, and provides a latch retention force of 98 N (10 kg) for secure connections in high-vibration environments.
