DESCRIPTION

The 122559-1 is a CMP-10T manual electric servo press designed for high-force insertion of compliant pin connectors into printed circuit boards. It features a rigid H-frame construction with 89 kN (10 tons) of force capability, an air bearing system for effortless press head positioning, and accommodates PCB sizes up to 760 × 915 mm (30 × 36 in). The machine is equipped with a PC-based Windows controller offering programmable force, speed, and height control with real-time SPC (Statistical Process Control) monitoring of pressing force, plus standard SensiPress pin defect detection for quality assurance. It operates on 208/240 VAC single-phase at 15 amps (50/60 Hz) with shop air requirements of 0.6 MPa (80–120 psi), achieving typical cycle speeds of 3–5 seconds per connector. This press is ideal for high-volume production environments requiring reliable, repeatable compliant pin insertion with integrated quality monitoring and minimal operator intervention.
