DESCRIPTION

1-338069-6 is a female-on-board surface mount device (SMD) connector with latches from the TE Connectivity Micro-MaTch connector family. It features a 1.27 mm (0.050 inch) contact spacing and tin-plated contacts designed for gas tight, fretting corrosion resistant connections. The connector is compatible with 28 AWG (0.08 mm² to 0.09 mm²) ribbon cable and mates with male-on-wire connectors (215083), COSI connectors (338095+338096, 338095+338097), male-on-board connectors (215464), and male SMD connectors (338728). This 16-position connector is suitable for wire-to-board and board-to-board interconnections in applications such as production equipment, control units, robots, navigation systems, and audio equipment.
