DESCRIPTION

1408312-1 is a right-angle jack receptacle surface mount MCX connector designed for RF coaxial applications. This connector features tin plating and is optimized for printed circuit board mounting with a compact form factor measuring 9.50 mm length by 6.50 mm width. The connector includes four 0.91 mm square mounting pads spaced 5.08 mm apart and a 0.97 mm diameter center pin, with a 6.00 mm square footprint. The device is part of Tyco Electronics' MCX microminiature snap-on connector family, which offers 30% size reduction compared to traditional SMB connectors while maintaining mechanical robustness with beryllium copper spring fingers rated for a minimum of 500 mating cycles.
