DESCRIPTION

1445957-1 is a blue single-pole hermaphroditic housing designed for the AMP Power Series 15/30/45 quick connect/disconnect connectors. The housing features a genderless design that reduces inventory requirements and includes built-in dovetails allowing stacking in vertical, horizontal, or block configurations. It is constructed from UL 94V-0 rated polycarbonate material with stainless steel retaining springs for secure contact retention. The housing supports wire sizes ranging from 10-20 AWG (5-0.5 mm²) and is rated for 600 V AC/DC. This connector housing is ideal for power distribution applications requiring reliable, color-coded quick connect/disconnect capability with mechanical keying to prevent mismating of different colored housings.
