DESCRIPTION
1-480400-0 is a single-circuit, in-line wire-to-board power connector from the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) family, designed for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. The connector features a compact design with a 19.4 mm mated height and 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing, incorporating a socket housing (plug) with FH UV Stable material and pre-tin plating. It includes a double lock plate for complete contact loading, locking levers surrounded by protective walls to prevent wire tangling, and bubble-release design for potted applications. The housing is constructed from UV-stable nylon with UL94V-2 flammability rating and is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (File No. E28476) and Canadian Standards Association (File No. LR7189), making it suitable for demanding power distribution applications requiring durability and safety compliance.
