DESCRIPTION
The 1-480707-9 is a 9-circuit matrix-style power connector from TE Connectivity's AMP brand, part of the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) series designed for wire-to-board applications. This connector features a compact mated height of 19.4 mm with a 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing and incorporates a positive lock mechanism with double lock plates for secure contact loading. The housing is constructed from UL94V-2 rated nylon in natural color, with pre-tin duplex plating on the contacts. The connector includes protective walls surrounding the locking levers to prevent tangling with wires and is designed to release bubbles created during potting processes.
