DESCRIPTION

The 1-5221185-0 is a BNC connector plug designed for RF coaxial cable termination using O crimp termination type. It features a gold-plated center contact and nickel-plated body with polyethylene dielectric in a commercial style configuration. The connector has a maximum body diameter of 14.53 mm (0.572 inches) and is compatible with multiple RG/U cable types including RG-179, RG-179A, RG-179B, RG-187, RG-187A, and BELDEN 9221 cables. This connector is fully intermateable with comparable BNC UG/U connectors and offers low VSWR performance, making it suitable for RF applications requiring reliable quick connect/disconnect capability via bayonet lock coupling.
