DESCRIPTION
The 1617069-9 is a DS13 series solid-state relay designed for high-reliability switching of DC loads up to 2 amps at 60Vdc. It features photovoltaic optical isolation, low on-resistance power MOSFET output, and integral short-circuit/overload protection with a separate control status line. The relay operates with an input supply voltage range of 3.8 to 32 Vdc, maximum input current of 15 mAdc at 5Vdc, and achieves fast switching with turn-on time of 1.5 ms and turn-off time of 0.25 ms. The device maintains low on-resistance of 0.22 ohm (without protection) or 0.45 ohm (with protection) at 25°C, and provides 1,000V rms dielectric strength with 10? ohms minimum insulation resistance. This relay is ideal for aerospace, defense, and marine applications requiring reliable DC load switching with integrated protection and status monitoring.
