DESCRIPTION
166054-1 is a male crimp contact for AMPLIMITE Subminiature D Connectors, specifically designed for cable mounting applications with 24-28 AWG wire sizes. The contact is manufactured from brass with 0.76 µm gold plating on the contact area, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C and maintains an insulation resistance of 5000 MO minimum with a dielectric strength of 1000V AC minimum. This contact is commonly used in industrial and commercial applications requiring reliable subminiature D connector terminations, offering superior performance in harsh environments and demanding electrical applications.
