DESCRIPTION
1719957-1 is a tin-plated receptacle contact for the GET.64 Interconnection System, a sealed and unsealed automotive connector system used in passenger and engine compartments. The contact accommodates wire sizes of 0.22–0.35 mm² with an insulation diameter range of 1.10–1.65 mm, and is supplied in strip form with a packaging unit of 10,000 pieces. It meets automotive specifications including a dielectric strength of 1,000 V AC minimum, voltage drop of 1.0 mV/A maximum at the initial interface, and isolation resistance of 20 MO @ 500 V DC minimum. The contact operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +120°C (Class II per USCAR), with a permanent extraction force exceeding 75 N. This receptacle contact is ideal for high-density sealed applications in automotive powertrains, safety systems, and body/chassis interconnections where reliable, compact connections are essential.
