DESCRIPTION
174359-2 is a 3-position sealed pin (cap) housing connector designed for the Econoseal J Series Mark II sealed connector system. The housing is constructed from PBT material and accommodates wire sizes ranging from 0.20–1.25 mm² (24–16 AWG), providing robust protection in harsh automotive environments. The connector features sealed design to protect against moisture, dust, corrosive gases, and liquids that can cause premature aging of electrical contact systems. This 3-position housing is supplied in black color with a package quantity of 100 units and includes compatible pin lock plates and mating socket (plug) housings. Typical applications include wiring of sensors in motor hoods and connections to electrical control systems operating under extreme climatic conditions in automotive powertrains, safety systems, and body/chassis applications.
