The 1971778-3 is a Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) device, also known as a locking plate, for the TE Connectivity POWER TRIPLE LOCK connector system. This TPA is designed for 6-position, dual-row (2x3) connectors and is rated for a high temperature of 150°C. It is compatible with standard, high-temperature, and glow-wire connector housings within the series.
