DESCRIPTION
The 1986370-2 is a 3.5 mm right-hand plug designed for wire-to-board applications requiring field wiring termination in industrial and HVAC control systems. This 2-position screw clamp plug features a 90° wire access angle to the header interface and is rated for 11 amps at 300 volts, supporting wire gauges from 14-30 AWG. The housing is constructed from PA 6.6 with nickel-plated brass clamps and tin-plated phosphor bronze contacts, meeting UL 94-VO flammability standards. The plug mates with industry standard headers on the same 3.5 mm centerline spacing and is end-to-end stackable without loss of centerline spacing, operating reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +110°C. These plugs are ideal for applications requiring multiple wire access angle configurations while maintaining compatibility with standard header interfaces.
