DESCRIPTION
205866-1 is a subminiature D receptacle connector designed for standard board mount applications. This 9-position right-angle connector features a thermoplastic housing with a front metal shell (steel with zinc plating) and phosphor bronze contacts with gold flash plating on the mating area. The connector supports through-hole PCB mounting with a footprint of 13.84 mm (0.545 in), termination post length of 3.18 mm (0.125 in), and is compatible with PCB thickness of 1.57 mm (0.062 in). It is wave solder capable to temperatures up to 265°C and carries a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. This HDP-20 series connector is ideal for standard electronic applications requiring reliable subminiature D interconnections.
