DESCRIPTION
208267-2 is an ARINC 600 press-fit contact designed for PCB attachment in aerospace, defense, and marine applications. This contact eliminates the need for soldering during board assembly and enables up to 10% weight savings compared to traditional solder-tail solutions. The contact system operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +125°C and is rated for 500 mating cycles. It features a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1500 VACrms at sea level and insulation resistance of 1000 megohms minimum. Common applications include in-flight entertainment, in-flight networks, flight controls and communication systems, and military ground vehicles.
