DESCRIPTION
208472-3 is a metal-shell circular plastic connector plug designed for commercial signal and power applications, featuring a 28-37 pin arrangement with an integrated TETRASEALS ring for splash-proof sealing between connector metal-shells. The plug housing is constructed from thermoplastic material rated UL 94V-0 in black, with a zinc alloy metal-shell plated nickel and stainless steel retainer rings for durability and corrosion resistance. The TETRASEALS ring, made of fluorocarbon, is located behind the plug-shell external keys under the coupling ring and compresses against the inside diameter of the mating receptacle shell when connected.
