DESCRIPTION
2-1376388-3 is a Type C/Blue keyed power connector plug housing designed for wire-to-board applications with 2 contact positions and a 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing. The connector supports wire gauges from 26 to 16 AWG with insulation diameters ranging from 1.3 mm to 3.1 mm, and features a maximum mated height of 20.7 mm for compact PCB integration. It is rated for a maximum current of 10 A per line (based on 16 AWG wire in 2-position configuration) and 300 Volts AC, with an operating temperature range from -30°C to +105°C. The connector includes design features such as housing lances to prevent contact tangling, enhanced contact seating for proper PCB header mating, and bubble release capability during potting processes. The blue color keying and Type C designation help prevent mis-mating with other connector types, and optional double lock plates are available as terminal position assurance devices to ensure full contact seating and prevent disengagement under external pressure.
