DESCRIPTION

2-1445057-2 is a single-row vertical header connector designed for the Micro MATE-N-LOK 3mm connector system, supporting 2 to 12 positions with through-hole mounting and SMT hold-down options. This connector features 15µ gold plating on contacts spaced at 3mm (0.118 inch) centerline intervals, enabling wire-to-board connections with current ratings up to 5 Amps per line. The header accommodates wire sizes from 18 to 30 AWG with insulation diameters ranging from 0.89 to 2.79 mm, and includes retention bumps on the solder tail for improved mechanical stability. These infrared (IR) reflow process compatible headers are ideal for applications requiring reliable wire-to-board interconnections in consumer appliances, industrial equipment, and automotive systems where compact spacing and high current capacity are essential.
