DESCRIPTION
216548-6 is a modular jack connector featuring 6 positions with 4 contacts, designed for top entry PCB mounting applications. The housing is constructed from PBT material with UL 94V-HB flammability rating in black color, while the contacts are made of phosphor bronze. The contact area features 1.2µm minimum selective nickel plating, and solder tines have 2.0µm minimum tin over 1.2µm minimum nickel finish. This compact modular jack with panel stops is packaged 800 pieces on a 60cm diameter reel, making it suitable for automated assembly processes in telecommunications and networking equipment.
