The 2-1761711-3 is a header assembly featuring a long eject latch, vertical orientation, and low-profile design for insulation displacement connector (IDC) applications. The posts are finished with gold flash over palladium-nickel plate on the mating area (0.76 µm minimum) and tin plate on the solder tail (2.54 µm minimum), with nickel underplate (1.27 µm minimum) on the entire post, while latches feature black nickel over copper plating. Key dimensional specifications include a 10.16 mm [4.00 inch] overall length, 2.54 mm [0.100 inch] post spacing, and a post diameter of 0.89 ± 0.08 mm [0.035 ± 0.003 inch].
