DESCRIPTION

2-2178711-0 is a 20-position female on board surface mount (SMD) connector from TE Connectivity's Micro-MaTch Value-line Connector Family, designed for top entry board-to-board interconnections. This miniature connector features a 1.27 mm (0.050 inch) centerline pitch with tin-plated contacts, providing highly reliable gas-tight and corrosion-free connections. The connector is designed to save space on printed circuit boards and is suitable for automatic pick and place assembly. Common applications include home automation, alarm equipment, mobile GPS devices, lighting systems, and air and climate control units in industrial, consumer, and datacom industries.
