DESCRIPTION
The 2-5120527-2 is an 84-position, 1mm Free Height (IEEE 1386) plug connector for board-to-board connections. This vertical connector features 84 positions arranged in two rows with a 1.00 mm centerline and supports differential signaling. It is designed for surface mount termination and offers multiple stack heights of 10.00 mm, 12.00 mm, 13.00 mm, and 15.00 mm. The phosphor bronze contacts are plated with 0.76 µm of gold in the mating area for reliable connectivity. Features such as PCB mounting alignment and retention posts make it suitable for high-density mezzanine applications requiring a secure and precise connection.
