DESCRIPTION
2-794616-2 is a VDE-approved plug connector designed for the Micro MATE-N-LOK 3mm connector system, supporting 6 to 10 circuit positions in both single-row and dual-row configurations. The connector accommodates wire sizes from 22-18 AWG (0.3-0.9 mm²) with insulation diameters up to 2.79 mm, and is rated for a maximum current of 5 Amps per line at 250 Volts AC/DC. It features crimp and snap-in contact termination options with tin or gold plating (15 µm or 30 µm), and is compatible with standard receptacle housings (3-794617-x) and various terminal types. The connector operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is available in multiple configurations including free-hanging and panel-mount options, making it suitable for low-voltage lighting applications, automotive wiring, and industrial control systems requiring secure, reliable connections.
