DESCRIPTION
2-87456-9 is a double-row plain connector housing from the AMPMODU Mod IV interconnection system, designed for wire-to-board applications. This unstamped housing features 14 positions with dimensions of A = 0.700 inch [17.78 mm] and B = 0.600 inch [15.24 mm], and is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic with a black finish and UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The housing terminates 32-20 AWG [0.03-0.6 mm²] discrete wire and mates with 0.025 inch [0.64 mm] square or round posts on 0.100 x 0.100 inch [2.54 x 2.54 mm] centerlines. It is RoHS compliant and supports contact current ratings up to 3 amperes, making it suitable for general-purpose electronic interconnection applications requiring reliable wire-to-board connections.
