DESCRIPTION
327654 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for secure wire termination with stud connection capability. The terminal features a .437 inch width (11.81 mm), .1463 inch contact dimension (3.71 mm), and .699 inch length (17.75 mm), accommodating wire sizes in the 16-14 AWG range (2.05-5.18 circular mils or 1.04-2.62 mm²). It is constructed with copper material per ASTM B-152 and includes zinc plate/dye chromate plating for corrosion resistance. The terminal is color-coded red for easy identification and provides exceptional barrel contact and tensile strength through its serration or dimple feature inside the terminal barrel. This terminal is widely used in control circuits, automotive wiring, and heavy-duty power applications where reliable, high-speed terminations are required.
