DESCRIPTION
338170-2 is a 25-position AMPLIMITE subminiature D connector plug designed for right-angle solder termination with 3mm hole board mounting. The connector features a black glass-filled polyester housing rated UL 94V-0 for flammability, with phosphor bronze pin and socket contacts. Contact area plating consists of 0.76 µm gold, and the connector is rated for a maximum current of 6A with an insulation resistance of 5000 MO minimum and dielectric strength of 1000V AC minimum. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial and commercial applications requiring reliable signal transmission and power distribution in compact form factors.
