DESCRIPTION

350542-1 is a 3-circuit pin long tail PC board header connector for the 5.0 mm Power Key Connector (5.0 PKC) system, designed for wire-to-board power circuit applications in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. The connector features a positive lock mechanism with pre-tin duplex plating (gold in mating area, matte tin on solder tail with nickel underplate) and is rated UL94V-2 for flammability. It has a mated height of 19.4 mm and an A dimension of 0.715 inches (18.17 mm), with a contact centerline spacing of 5.0 mm. The connector includes protective design features such as locking levers surrounded by walls to prevent tangling with wires and housing lances to help prevent contact tangling. This header is compatible with socket housing part number 1-480721-0 and is designed for use with 0.062 inch (1.57 mm) thick PC boards, making it suitable for reliable power distribution in appliance control circuits.
