DESCRIPTION
The 350925-1 is a universal MATE-N-LOK socket contact designed for wire-to-board connector applications in the 5.0 mm Power Key Connector system. This contact features a brass construction with pre-tin plating and is rated for wire sizes from 30 to 26 AWG (0.5 to 12 mm²), with an insulation diameter range of 0.032 to 0.057 inches (0.813 to 14.5 mm). The socket contact has an L dimension of 0.790 inches (20.06 mm) and is compatible with the HDM applicator part number 770673-1 and hand tool part number 466616-26. This contact is commonly used in power circuits for home appliances, particularly gas appliances, where reliable electrical connections and ease of assembly are essential. The pre-tin finish provides excellent solderability and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for demanding industrial and consumer applications.
