DESCRIPTION
3-520402-2 is an Ultra-Fast Plus fully insulated FASTON tab terminal from TE Connectivity, designed for secure and reliable quick-connect electrical connections. This .250 series terminal accommodates 22-18 AWG wire with an insulation diameter range of 0.060-0.135 inches (1.52-3.43 mm) and features a brass base material with tin plating. Key dimensions include A: 0.195 inches (4.95 mm), B: 0.409 inches (10.39 mm), C: 0.200 inches (5.08 mm), and D: 0.855 inches (21.72 mm), with a mating tab size of 0.032 x 0.250 inches (0.81 x 6.35 mm). The terminal features a nylon housing rated UL 94 V-2 for flammability, funnel wire entry, and visual inspection capability. It is UL rated at +105°C and meets UL-310 and CSA C22.2 No. 153 specifications, making it suitable for appliance, HVAC, and general electrical wiring applications.
