DESCRIPTION
3-643232-0 is a 5-circuit 5.0 mm Power Key Connector (5.0 PKC) designed as a wire-to-board connector for power distribution applications. This connector features a compact mated height of 19.4 mm and employs duplex plating with 0.000030 inch minimum gold in the mating area and matte tin on the solder tail end over 0.000050 inch minimum nickel underplate. The connector incorporates a positive lock mechanism with locking levers surrounded by protective walls to prevent tangling with wires, and includes design features to release bubbles created during potting processes. It is recognized under UL Component Program File No. E28476 and certified by Canadian Standards Association File No. LR7189 with UL94V-0 flammability rating.
