DESCRIPTION
3-6437285-1 is a pin header assembly for Superseal 1.0 connectors designed for 34-position configurations with 1.0 mm stamped and formed contacts. This component features double locking mechanism and is compatible with plug housing 3-1437290-9 (keying type 2, 4-row configuration). The header accommodates 34 size 1.0 mm contacts with gold over nickel plating on mating pins and tin-lead over nickel plating on soldering pins, supporting wire sizes from 0.5 to 1.25 mm² with insulation diameters of 1.6 to 2.4 mm. The connector is constructed with thermoplastic housing and is suitable for industrial and commercial transportation applications requiring reliable, compact interconnections. Crimping is performed using the CERTI-CRIMP hand tool (1454509-1) or OCEAN automated applicators (2151705-1 or 2151705-2) to ensure proper contact formation and performance specifications.
