DESCRIPTION
4-2120864-1 is an industrial RJ45 CAT5e 4-position metal plug connector featuring a robust push-pull mechanism designed for reliable field installation without special tools. The connector is constructed with a zinc die-cast, nickel-plated metal housing and UL94 V0 thermoplastic components, providing excellent resistance to shock, vibration, temperature extremes, and chemical/oil exposure. It supports cable diameters of 4.8–8.0 mm and meets IEC 61076-3-117 standards with an IP65/IP67 degree of protection rating. The connector is rated for a minimum of 750 mating cycles and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C. This product is particularly suited for automotive production, welding machines, motors, machinery, and robotics applications where durability and sealed interconnection are critical.
