DESCRIPTION

The 499160-9 is a universal ejection style pin header connector designed for military applications with AMP-LATCH compatibility and center polarization. It features 2.54 x 2.54 mm [0.100 x 0.100 inch] center spacing and duplex contact plating consisting of 0.00058 mm [0.00015 inch] gold on the mating end and 0.00254–0.00508 mm [0.000100–0.000200 inch] bright tin-lead on the termination end, with 0.00127 mm [0.000050 inch] nickel underplating. The connector supports multiple pin configurations ranging from 10 to 64 positions and accommodates various post lengths including 2.79 mm, 1.10 mm, 3.94 mm, and 15.5 mm options. This pin header is ideal for ribbon cable applications, PCB-mounted interconnections, and military equipment requiring reliable, polarized connections with latch retention capability.
