DESCRIPTION

499206-9 is a universal ejection style pin header kit with latches designed for AMP-LATCH ribbon cable connector applications. This military-grade connector features center and dual polarized configuration with 2.54 x 2.54 mm [.100 x .100] centers and 40 positions. The kit includes a pin header with 3.94 mm [.155] post length and duplex contact plating, with 0.00076 mm [.000030] gold on the mating end and 0.00254-0.00508 mm [.000100-.000200] bright tin-lead on the termination end, underplated with 0.00127 mm [.000050] nickel. It mates with AMP-LATCH receptacles with strain relief. This connector is suitable for ribbon cable applications requiring secure latching and reliable electrical connections in military and industrial environments.
