DESCRIPTION

5120603-1 is a fine-pitch SMT stacking connector receptacle designed for parallel board-to-board applications conforming to IEEE 1386 standard with 1.0 mm free height. The connector features 64 positions with a 1.0 mm pitch and supports a current rating of 1.0 ampere per contact with a maximum contact resistance of 30 milliohms. It is available in multiple stack heights (11.00 mm and 12.00 mm configurations) and offers improved locating posts for accurate hand placement on PCBs, with additional clearance during mating to reduce stress on solder joints. The connector is tested to a minimum of 100 mating cycles and is available with or without pickup caps, making it suitable for automated and manual assembly in high-density interconnect applications.
