DESCRIPTION
The 5-147377-1 is a double-row vertical surface-mount header connector designed for the AMPMODU Interconnection System 50, providing reliable board-to-board connections. The connector features a 10-position configuration with a 0.050 inch (1.27 mm) typical centerline spacing and is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic housing rated 94V-0. Contacts are copper alloy with duplex plating: 0.000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold in the mating area, 0.000150 inch (0.00381 mm) tin on solder posts, and 0.000050 inch (0.00127 mm) nickel underplating for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. This connector is packaged in tape and reel format without hold-downs and includes a vacuum pick-and-place cover, making it ideal for automated assembly in high-volume production environments requiring precise board-to-board interconnection.
