DESCRIPTION
5148020-5 is a 48-position Eurocard Type C/2 connector assembly designed for board-to-board applications with right-angle PCB mounting. The connector features 3 rows of signal positions with a 2.54 mm (0.1 in) centerline pitch and utilizes copper alloy pin contacts with tin plating for reliable signal transmission. Termination is accomplished through 2.65 mm (0.104 in) solder posts for through-hole PCB mounting, with board-lock retention and polarization alignment features. The housing is constructed from glass-filled polymer (UL 94V-0 rated) and accommodates a recommended PCB thickness of 5.41 mm, with a connector height of 12.62 mm. This connector is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and other applications requiring robust, high-density interconnections in compact form factors.
