DESCRIPTION
5207826-4 is an HD-20 all-plastic straight posted receptacle connector designed for subminiature D-type applications. It features 9 contact positions in Shell Size 1 with a flame-retardant thermoplastic housing rated UL 94V-0. The connector is equipped with standard .120 inch diameter mounting holes and accommodates .125 inch or .170 inch post lengths depending on PCB thickness requirements (.062-.093 inches or .093-.125 inches respectively). Contact finish is specified as Plating Code A with duplex gold/tin plating (.000030 inch gold on mating end, tin on termination end, with .000050 inch minimum nickel underplate). The receptacle is preloaded with size 20 DF posted socket contacts and is commonly used in instrumentation, data acquisition, and industrial control applications where reliable, compact interconnection is required.
