DESCRIPTION
521470-1 is an ultra-fast fully insulated FASTON receptacle with flag insulation support designed for secure wire termination in the 22-18 AWG range. The receptacle features a one-piece fully insulated design that helps prevent shock and short hazards, with a funnel wire entry and wire stop for correct lead-in of the tab. It is constructed with tin-plated brass material and meets UL 94 V-2 flammability rating, with dimensions of 0.170 inches (4.32 mm) for dimension A, 0.295 inches (7.49 mm) for dimension B, 0.485 inches (12.32 mm) for dimension C, and 0.680 inches (17.27 mm) for dimension D. The terminal is rated for operation at +105°C and is UL listed under File No. E-66717, meeting UL-310 specification for quick connect terminals.
