DESCRIPTION
5316135-3 is a 0.6mm pitch fine pitch SMT stacking connector plug assembly designed for parallel board-to-board applications with 4H (4mm) stacking height. The connector features 50 signal positions and is constructed with copper alloy contacts duplex plated with 0.00020 inches minimum gold on contact areas and 0.00005 inches minimum gold on solder areas, with entire contacts underplated 0.00130 inches minimum nickel. It operates at a voltage rating of 50 VAC with a current rating of 0.5 ampere, overall contact resistance less than 30 milliohms, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 0.2 kVAC across an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The housing is constructed from high temperature thermoplastic rated 94V-0, and the connector is available in tray packaging for surface mount assembly applications requiring reliable high-density interconnections.
