DESCRIPTION

The 5-520314-6 is a flexible film connector designed for ribbon and flat-flex wire applications with a Trio-Mate mating interface. It features 6 positions arranged in a single row with a 2.54 mm centerline spacing and right-angle cable entry configuration suitable for 0.062 inch thick PCB boards. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze contacts with pre-tin plating and a thermoplastic glass-reinforced housing rated UL 94V-0 for flame resistance. The termination posts are 2.54 mm (0.100 inch) in length and are designed for direct PCB mounting. This connector is RoHS and ELV compliant, wave solder capable up to 265°C, and ideal for applications requiring reliable interconnection of flexible cables to printed circuit boards in consumer and industrial electronics.
