DESCRIPTION
The 5650956-5 is a Eurocard Type C receptacle connector assembly designed for printed circuit board applications. It features 64 positions arranged in 3 rows with socket-type contacts, a 2.54 mm centerline spacing, and a contact cross section of 0.30 × 0.61 mm. The connector utilizes copper alloy contacts with DIN 41612 Class 2 plating on the mating area and includes a 3.30 mm termination post length with tin plating for solder tail connections. The housing is constructed from polymer material with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and the assembly is RoHS and ELV compliant, supporting wave solder processes up to 265°C. This connector is ideal for high-density interconnect applications requiring reliable electrical connections in industrial and telecommunications equipment.
