DESCRIPTION

5745053-2 is an AMPLIMITE HD-20 subminiature D connector plug designed for high-density PCB applications. This connector features 25 contact positions (shell size 3) with straight posted pin contacts and threaded inserts for secure mounting. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with gold plating (0.000030" [0.00076 mm]) on the mating end and tin on the termination end, with 0.000050" [0.00127 mm] minimum nickel underplating. Key dimensions include 2.095" [53.21 mm] overall length (A), 1.852" [47.04 mm] mounting hole spacing (B), and 0.420" [10.67 mm] height (C), with post lengths of 0.125" [3.18 mm] recommended for PCB thicknesses of 0.062-0.093" [1.58-2.36 mm].
