DESCRIPTION
5745187-3 is a 25-position D-subminiature receptacle connector designed for vertical PCB mounting applications. It features a full metal steel shell with tin plating and a thermoplastic insert rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze contacts with gold (30) plating on the mating area and tin over nickel plating on the solder tails, with a post size of 0.64 mm and termination post length of 10.85 mm. It supports PCB thicknesses from 1.57 mm to 2.36 mm and is wave solder capable up to 265°C. This RoHS/ELV compliant connector is ideal for standard board-to-board or board-to-cable interconnect applications requiring reliable signal transmission.
