DESCRIPTION
5745454-2 is an HD-20 AMPLIMITE subminiature D connector plug designed for straight posted PCB mounting applications. This connector features 9 contact positions in a shell size 1 configuration with a low profile design and fixed female screwlocks for secure mounting on 0.062 inch (1.58 mm) minimum thick PC boards. Key dimensions include an overall length (A) of 1.221 inches (31.01 mm), width (B) of 0.984 inches (24.99 mm), and height (C) of 0.410 inches (10.41 mm). The contacts are preloaded with size 20 DF posted pin contacts featuring phosphor bronze construction with gold plating (0.000030 inch / 0.00076 mm) on the mating end and tin on the termination end, with nickel underplating.
