5745968-7 is an HD-20 AMPLIMITE subminiature D connector plug designed for PCB mounting applications. This 25-position connector features shell size 3 with dimensions of 2.090 inches (53.09 mm) x 1.852 inches (47.04 mm) and a post length of 0.170 inches (4.32 mm). The connector includes 4-40 threaded inserts for secure mounting and contact plating code B, which provides gold flash on the mating end and tin on the termination end with 0.000050 inch (0.00127 mm) minimum nickel underplating. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze material.
