DESCRIPTION
5747871-4 is an AMPLIMITE HD-20 subminiature D-connector receptacle designed for high-density applications requiring 15 contact positions with straight posted socket contacts. The connector features a shell size 2 configuration with dimensions of 1.541 inches (39.14 mm) length and 1.312 inches (33.33 mm) width, and is equipped with fixed female screwlocks for secure PCB mounting. The contact finish is plating code A, consisting of phosphor bronze with 0.000030 inches (0.00076 mm) gold on the mating end and tin on the termination end, with an entire contact underplated with a minimum of 0.000050 inches (0.00127 mm) nickel. This receptacle is preloaded with size 20 DF posted socket contacts and is recommended for PCB board thickness of 0.062 to 0.125 inches (1.58 to 3.18 mm).
