DESCRIPTION
5748526-1 is an HDP-20 basic shielding hardware kit designed for 9-position D-subminiature plug connectors. This kit features shell size 1 with dimensions of 0.700 inches (Dim. D) and 1.535 inches (Dim. E), and supports a recommended cable outer diameter range of 0.165 to 0.455 inches with a maximum inner cable bundle diameter of 0.350 inches. The connector shell is made of steel with tin plating, and the insert is constructed from 94V-0 rated thermoplastic in black. It utilizes standard clinch nut mounting and accepts size 20 DF pin contacts. This shielding hardware kit is ideal for industrial machinery, medical instrumentation, computers and peripherals, and other applications requiring reliable D-subminiature connections with EMI shielding.
